Murray Supervisor of Records Febmary 7, 2020 SPR20/0152 Kate Silvia Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition of Emmett Muldoon appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Muldoon requested records regarding the Reasonable Accommodation for Inmate Policy. Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 6, 2020. Whereas this matter was· opened based upon the Department's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Muldoon may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
