The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records February 3, 2020 SPR20/0159 Cynthia M. Page Fall River Police Department 685 Pleasant Street Fall River, MA 02721-4305 Dear Ms. Page: I have received the petition of Antonio Branco appealing the response of the Fall River Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Branco requested several categories ofrecords within the possession of the Department. Claiming to not yet have received all responsive records, Mr. Branco petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department has provided to Mr. Branco all of the records responsive to h.is request. Accordingly, I consider this appeal closed. If Mr. Branco is not satisfied with the resolution of this administrative appeal, please be advised that this office shares jurisdiction with the Superior Court of the Commonwealth. See G. L. c. 66, § lO(b) (pursuing administrative appeal does not limit availability of applicable judicial remedies).
