Nashoba Regional School District 50 Mechanic Street Bolton, MA 01740 Dear Attorney Freytag: I have received the petition of Lorraine Romasco appealing the nonresponse of the Nashoba Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on December 13, 2019, Ms. Romasco requested several categories of records including "documents for two current initiatives." Prior Determination This request was the subject of a prior determination. SPR19/2563 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 3, 2020). In that determination I approved the District's petition to charge fees for the segregation and redaction of responsive records. Ms. Romasco has since paid the fee for the requested records. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding · that the District has not provided Ms. Romasco the responsive records. To the extent feasible, the records must be provided on a rolling basis. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office.
