Murray Supervisor of Records February 12, 2020 SPR20/0170 Kaari Mai Tari Concord Town Clerk 22 Monument Square Concord, MA O1 7 4 2 Dear Kaari Mai Tari, I have received the petition of Edward Sinni Jr. appealing the nonresponse of the Concord Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sinni Jr. requested "a copy of Walter Latta's report on Tom Judge, Fire Chief Concord Massachusetts." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Town provided Mr. Sinni Jr. with a response on February 5, 2020. In light of the Town's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni Jr. may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days.
