Gaudreau MCI Cedar Junction - WI 13630 P.O. Box 100 South Walpole, MA 02071 Dear Mr. Gaudreau: This office is in receipt of your letter appealing the nonresponse of the Secretary of the Commonwealth - Administrative Services Division (Division) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, in your letter, you note you are seeking applications submitted to the House and Senate Committee by a county District Attorney of Massachusetts. It is unclear in your request exactly what you are seeking from the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth. You may clarify these matters and resubmit the appeal to this office, if you wish. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1) (f) (all petitions for appeal shall be in writing and shall specifically describe the nature of the requestor's objections to the response or failure to provide a timely response).
