Murray Supen,isor ofR ecords February 25, 2020 SPR20/0284 Anthony Turi Norfolk Town Clerk's Office One Liberty Lane Norfolk, MA 02056 Dear Mr. Turi: I have received the petition of Al Quaglieri appealing the nonresponse of the Norfolk Town Clerk's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Quaglieri requested emails containing the terms "employee meeting," and "January 30th." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Quaglieri a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quaglieri may appeal the substantive nature of the office response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
