Middlesex District Attorneys' Office 15 Commonwealth A venue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Attorney Blatchford: I have received the petition of Randall Trapp appealing the nomesponse of the Middlesex District Attorneys' Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c, 66, § IOA; also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Trapp requested records regarding an identified criminal matter. Having received no response, Mr. Trapp petitioned this office. · Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 10. 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Trapp may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
