G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on January 31, 2020, Mr. Kidonakis requested the following records within the Department related to the Longfellow Bridge Rehabilitation Project: • All initial, baseline, CPM, accelerated and "current approved" project schedules with revisions, including review and approval correspondence and/or comments • Payout and/or payment schedules • Price proposal with schedule of items • Scheduled weekend service diversions • Technical proposal schedules • Cost proposals, cost schedules and cost control narratives • Design schedules and construction schedules • Monthly summary schedules • Monthly and weekly detailed schedules • DBE schedules of participation and letters of intent • Time entitlement analyses (TEAs) • Schedule disputes including related correspondence and/or comments. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Kidonakis petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/0328, was opened as a result.
