The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 25, 2020 SPR20/0357 Claudia Buruca Records Access Officer · Office of Suffolk County District Attorney One Bulfinch Place Boston, MA 02114 Dear Ms. Buruca: I have received the petition of Justin D. Powers appealing the response of the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office (DAO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Powers requested "a copy of the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office employee directory or other similar or analogous record listing names, office phone numbers, and office email addresses of current employees." The DAO provided a response on February 19, 2020, providing a responsive document named "Office Directory (SCDAO)," which includes employee contact information, but does not contain the requested email address information. Unsatisfied with this response, Mr. Powers petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR 20/0357, was opened as result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the DAO provided a supplemental response on February 24, 2020, providing a list of employee email addresses. Whereas Mr. Powers has confirmed with this office that he has received all the records he requested, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, · ~ Rebecca S.
