Assistant City Solicitor City of Beverly 191 Cabot Street Beverly, MA 01915 Dear Attorney Corridan: I have received the petition of Artie Grenier appealing the nonresponse of the City of Beverly (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested the CAD/Call Log, Incident and Arrest Reports foi· an identified address. Having received no response, Mr. Grenier petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 24, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Grenier may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
