Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 9, 2020 SPR20/0373 Denise Bucior Assessor's Office Town of Palmer Palmer Town Building 4417 Main Street STE 5 Palmer, MA 01069 Dear Ms. Bucior: I have received the petition of Chad Gibson appealing the response of the Town of Palmer (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Gibson requested the Town's "[b] oat commitment sheet." The Town provided a response on February 24, 2020. Unsatisfied with the Town's response, Mr. Gibson petitioned this office and SPR20/0343 was opened a,s a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Gibson with responsive records. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gibson may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
