Murray Supervisor of Records February 28, 2020 SPR20/0375 Jodi Geary Concord Police Dept. 219 Walden Street Concord, MA 01742 Dear Ms. Geary: I have received the petition of John Rousseau appealing the nonresponse of the Concord Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rousseau requested various records, including but not limited to a list of fire depaiiment equipment and a call log. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Rousseau a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rousseau may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
