Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 4, 2020 SPR20/0376 Edward Denmark Harvard Police Department 40 Ayer Road Harvard, MA 01451-1458 Dear Mr. Denmark: I have received the petition of John Rousseau appealing the nonresponse of the Harvard Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rousseau requested a copy of his rap sheet and various other police records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned th~t the Department provided Mr. Rousseau a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rousseau may appeal the substantive nature of the Department response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
