Rousseau appealing the nomesponse of the Shelburne Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rousseau requested multiple records believed to be in the Department's possession. Claiming to not yet have received a response, the requester petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Rousseau's request with a response sent on February 26, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Depaitment's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
