Rousseau appealing the nonresponse of the Maynard Police Depaiiment (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on Febrnary 1, 2020, Mr. Rousseau requested certain police records. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Rousseau petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Depatiment provided Mr. Rousseau a response to his request dated Febrnary 20, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department's lack of response to Mr. Rousseau's request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
