Rousseau appealing the nonresponse of the Leicester Fire Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rousseau requested "a list of or any actual reports associated with myself." Claiming to not yet have received a response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Rousseau's request. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
