G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on January 14, 2020, Jamie Truman requested records within the possession of the Depaiiment regarding "lists of all accounts blocked by any official Charlton Police Department Twitter and the Charlton Police Depaiiment Facebook page." Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Jamie Truman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/0387, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided a response to Jamie Truman's request on March 5, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the lack of response by the Department, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
