G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on Januaiy 15, 2020, Jamie Truman requested records within the possession of the Department regarding "Lists of all accounts blocked by, or banned from commenting on, any official Norwood Police Department social media account or page." Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Jamie Truman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/0401, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided a response to the requestor on Februaiy 27, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of a lack of response by the Department, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
