The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S, Murray Supervisor of Records , March 3, 2020 SPR20/405 John E. Dunn, Chief Hull Police Department 1 School Street Hull, MA 02045 Dear Chief Dunn: I have received the petition of Jamie Truman appealing the nonresponse of the Hull Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.MLR. 32,08(1). Specifically, Ms. Truman requested lists of all accounts blocked by any official Department social media page. Having received no response, Ms. Truman petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 2, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Truman may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Lelecea Narr _ Rebecca S.
