Murray Supervisor of Records ~ March 3, 2020 SPR20/0434 Peter Dillon Richmond School District 1831 State Road Richmond, MA 01254 Dear Mr. Dillon: I have received the petition of Craig Swinson appealing the nonresponse of the Richmond School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Swinson requested digital copy of a January 9" meeting notice. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the District plans to provide Mr. Swinson a response. Accordingly, I the District is ordered to provide the requested records in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
