G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on December 2t11, Mr. Dreslinski requested "[c]ivil Complaint and Summons received by [the] Department of Public Health by virtue of being named Defendant in a lawsuit titled BOSTON GLOBE MEDIA PARTNERS, LLC. v. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, which was commenced in the Suffolk Superior Court on or about December 30, 2014 and adjucated by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court on or about June 17, 2019." Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Dreslinski a response to his request on March 10, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department's lack of response to Mr. Dreslinski's request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Depaiiment's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ Rebecca S.
