The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca 8. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 6, 2020 SPR20/452 Jakarta Childers Records Response Coordinator Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection 1 Winter Street Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Childers: I have received the petition of Attorney Michael Feinberg appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Feinberg requested records regarding an identified entity. Having received no response, Attorney Feinberg petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Feinberg may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Sincerely, ~.~ Supervisor of Records cc: Michael Feinberg, Esq.
