G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Singer requested two categories of electronic · records pertaining to '" angel investor'; 'angel tax credit'; or '.angel credit"' for a certain time period. The Center provided a response on March 6, 2020, indicating they would need additional time to respond to the request. Unsatisfied with the Center's response, Mr. Singer petitioned this office· and SPR20/0494 was opened as a result. While this appeal was pending, the Center provided a supplemental response to Mr. Singer on March 19, 2020. In light of the Center's response, Mr. Singer indicated via email to this office on March 19, 2020 that "[i]n the interest ofthe Supervisor's resources and the current coronavirus situation, please.withdraw my appeal." Conclusion In light of the Center's supplemental response and Mr. Singer's request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this appeal closed.
