G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Morrissette requested records involving himself within the possession of the Office. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Morrissette petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Morrissette's request with a mailed response sent on March 5, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
