G. L. .c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Lindsey requested several categories of records within the possession of the Division. Claiming to not yet have received a response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Division responded to the request with a response sent .on March 18, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Division's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Division's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
