The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray S11pe11•isor ofR ecords March 25, 2020 SPR20/566 William J. Doyle, Esq. Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3910 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney I)oyle: I have received the petition of Brian Keaney appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Depaiiment) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Keaney requested any records held by the Depaiiment that mention a certain name. Having received no response, Mr. Keaney petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 23, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Depaiiment's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Keaney may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
