Massachusetts Department of Transpmiation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3910 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Nicholas Curran appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Curran requested several categories of records within the possession of MassDOT. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Curran petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that MassDOT responded to Mr. Curran's request with a response sent on March 30, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the MassDOT' s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Curran may appeal the substantive nature of the MassDOT's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
