G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mooney requested several categories of records within the possession of the Authority. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Mooney petitioned this office and these two appeals were opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Authority responded to Ms. Mooney's request with a mailed response sent on April 3, 2020. An additional supplemental response will be forthcoming. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority's lack of a written response, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Ms. Mooney may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
