G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Singer requested several categories of records within the possession of the Division. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Singer petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Division responded to Mr. Singer's request with a response sent on April 22, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Division's lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Singer may appeal the substantive nature of the Division's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
