The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records May 14, 2020 SPR20/0761 Kaari Mai Tari Town of Concord, Town Clerk 22 Monument Square P.O. Box 535 Concord, MA 01742 Dear Ms. Mai Tari: I have received the petition of Edward P. Sinni appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Concord (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sinni requested records pertaining to a certain building code violation notice within the possession of the Town. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sinni petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Sinni’s request with a response sent on May 13, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Edward P.
