Murray Supervisor of Records June 2, 2020 SPR20/0805; SPR20/0806 Michele Benjamin Pittsfield City Clerk 70 Allen Street Pittsfield, MA 01201 Dear Ms. Benjamin: I have received the petitions of Sean Sheridan appealing the nonresponse of the Pittsfield City Clerk’s Office (Office) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sheridan requested various records, included but not limited to, “community host agreements related to cannabis use.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Sheridan a response to his requests. Accordingly, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Mr. Sheridan may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
