L. 66, § 10(d)(iv). It is unclear if the City furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor, as required by law. G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv). On April 15, 2020, Collin Dias requested email records in a request received by the City on May 4, 2020. Mr. Dias requested “all emails to/from City Administrator and Department of Homeland Security related to a boat grant which the City accepted.” Conclusion Based on the petition provided to this office by the City, this office could not confirm if a copy of this petition was furnished to the requestor, as is required by law. G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv). I understand a member of the Public Records Division contacted you by phone and email but was unable to obtain a clarification regarding this matter.
