G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on May 6, 2020, Mr. DeLacey requested records related to topics discussed at the City Council meeting on May 5, 2020. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. DeLacey petitioned this office and the following appeals, SPR20/0828, was opened as a result. It is my understanding the City has been informed of this request but has yet to provide a response to Mr. DeLacey’s request. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Mr. DeLacey with said response as soon as practicable. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
