Murray Supervisor of Records June 18, 2020 SPR20/0885; SPR20/0886 Daniel DeMaina Commonwealth Corporation 2 Oliver Street Boston, MA 02109 Dear Mr. Demaina: I have received the petitions of Tim Bonham appealing the nonresponse of the Commonwealth Corporation (Corporation) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bonham requested various emails addressed to himself and concerning certain individuals. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Corporation provided Mr. Bonham a response to his requests. Accordingly, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Mr. Bonham may appeal the substantive nature of the Corporation response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
