Williams appealing the nonresponse of the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office (Office) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Williams requested several categories of records within the possession of the Office. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Williams petitioned this office and these appeals were opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Williams with a response sent on June 10, 2020. Whereas these appeals were opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed.
