The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 29, 2020 SPR20/0949 Cinde Lindberg South Shore Educational Collective 75 Arlington Street Hingham MA, 02043 Dear Ms. Lindberg: I have received the petition of Mary Sullivan appealing the nonresponse of the South Shore Educational Collective (Collective) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Sullivan requested “any correspondence between SSEC and AMN Healthcare.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Collective provided Attorney Sullivan a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Sullivan may appeal the substantive nature of the Collective’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
