The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records June 18, 2020 SPR20/0962 Christina Mulvehill Town of Norwood Board of Selectmen 566 Washington Street, Room 34 Norwood, MA 02062 Dear Ms. Mulvehill: I have received the petition of Christopher Donovan appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Norwood (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Donovan requested several categories of records within the possession of the Town. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Donovan petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. Donovan’s request with a response sent on June 18, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Donovan may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
