Murray Supervisor of Records July 2, 2020 SPR20/0976 Nancy Baker Dedham Town Clerk’s Office 26 Bryant Street Dedham, MA 02026 Dear Ms. Baker: I have received the petition of Suresh Bhatia appealing the nonresponse of the Dedham Town Clerk’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, the requestor sought all records related to a public safety project that occurred in October of 2019. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided a response to the request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Suresh Bhatia may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
