G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Bussell requested copies of a an identified firearms license and registration. Having received no response, Ms. Bussell petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated June 22, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
