G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on June 5, 2020, Mr. Burrell requested agendas and minutes for all meetings including the names and titles of attendees regarding the Steering Committee on Access and Opportunity between February 2015 and June 2020, within the possession of the Office: Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Burrell petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/0981, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided a response on June 25, 2020 with respect to Mr. Burrell’s request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Burrell may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
