The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 7, 2020 SPR20/1030 Kevin Coughlin Dedham School Committee 100 Whiting Avenue Dedham, MA 02026 Dear Mr. Coughlin: I have received the petition of Brian Keaney appealing the response of the Dedham School Committee (Committee) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Keaney requested Executive Session minutes. Previous Appeal This request has been the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR20/0906 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (June 19, 2020). I closed SPR20/0906 by ordering the Committee to provide a response to Mr. Keaney. Current Appeal In his appeal petition, Mr. Keaney indicated that he did not receive minutes for a number of specific dates, and that minutes for other dates were redacted without explanation. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Mr. Keaney informed this office that he received a supplemental response that satisfies his request, and now wishes to withdraw his appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
