The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records July 15, 2020 SPR20/1062 Helen Rush-Lloyd Department of Public Health 250 Washington Street Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Rush-Lloyd: I have received the petition of Paul Singer appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Public Health (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Singer requested communications between identified individuals and the CDC. Having received no response, Mr. Singer petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 10, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Singer may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
