Murray Supervisor of Records July 16, 2020 SPR20/1076 Tara Ward Ashland Town Clerk’s Office 101 Main Street Ashland, MA 01721 Dear Ms. Ward: I have received the petition of Stephen Morgan appealing the nonresponse of the Ashland Town Clerk’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested “town resident emails,” discussed in affordable housing meetings. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Morgan a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Morgan may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
