Murray Supervisor of Records July 22, 2020 SPR20/1118 Maurgerite Mitchell Taunton Public Schools 215 Harris Street Taunton, MA 02780 Dear Ms. Mitchell: I have received the petition of Joshua Dankoff appealing the nonresponse of Taunton Public Schools (Schools) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dankoff requested “any school policies related to policing and discipline.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Schools provided Mr. Dankoff a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dankoff may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
