G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Duarte requested a copy of the criteria for COVID pay and stipends, additional pay being given to each position. Having received no response, Mr. Duarte petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated July 13, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
