Murray Supervisor of Records July 22, 2020 SPR20/1127 Alison Bouchard Fall River City Clerk’s Office One Government Center Fall River, MA 02722 Dear Ms. Bouchard: I have received the petition of Colin Dias appealing the nonresponse of the Fall River City Clerk’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Colin Dias requested various records relevant to composting and community maintenance in Fall River. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Dias a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dias may appeal the substantive nature of the Office response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
