Murray Supervisor of Records July 22, 2020 SPR20/1140 Joshua Martunas, Clerk City of Worcester 455 Main St., Room 309 Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Clerk Martunas: I have received the petition of Matthew Rocheleau appealing the nonresponse of the City of Worcester (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rocheleau requested all reports that summarize all recent expenditures, etc. for COVID 19 response efforts for a certain time frame. Having received no response, Mr. Rocheleau petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified by the City that it intends to provide a response. The response must be provided in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations as soon as is practicable. Mr. Rocheleau may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
