G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on June 29, 2020, Mr. Levy requested “a phone number for a DOT executive with oversight of the Transit Police.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Levy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/1164, was opened as a result. It is my understanding a representative of the Authority provided a response to Mr. Levy on July 23, 2020. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
