Murray Supervisor of Records July 27, 2020 SPR20/1180 Abigail McCabe, AICP Town Planner Town of Westwood 50 Carby Street Westwood, MA 02090 Dear Ms. McCabe: I have received the petition of Nada Milosavljevic-Fabrizio appealing the response of the Town of Westwood (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on June 30, 2020, Ms. Milosavljevic-Fabrizio requested “the June 30, 2020 Planning Board public meeting minutes…” The Town responded on July 7, 2020, indicating no records existed. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Ms. Milosavljevic-Fabrizio petitioned this office, and SPR20/1180 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of the appeal, the Town provided a supplemental response on July 22, 2020, with a link to the approved minutes from the June 30th Planning Board meeting. Whereas the Town has responded to Ms. Milosavljevic-Fabrizio request, I will consider this appeal closed. Ms. Milosavljevic-Fabrizio may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s July 22nd response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
