Agnelli City Clerk City of Gardner 95 Pleasant Street Gardner, MA 01440 Dear Mr. Agnelli: I have received the petition of Paul DeMeo appealing the response of the City of Gardner (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on June 24, 2020, Mr. DeMeo requested, “the entire bid proposal on the Leo Drive Recreation Facility Project.” Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR20/1021 Determination of the Supervisor (July 10, 2020). Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. DeMeo appealed and SPR20/1181 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff attorney of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City responded to Mr. DeMeo’s request with a subsequent response sent on July 22, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s July 14th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. DeMeo may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
